News: Students can charge books against excess aid at RSCC bookstores Jan. 9-20

If you have excess aid, you can charge books against excess aid at either Roane State bookstore (Harriman or Oak Ridge) Jan. 9-20.

Students may also charge books against excess aid through the Roane State bookstore’s website.

Please note: The Oak Ridge book store ONLY stocks books for classes offered at the Oak Ridge campus.

How to check if you have excess aid

You can check to see if you have excess aid in RaiderNet by reviewing your Student Account/eBill.

  1. Log in to RaiderNet
  2. Go to Your Account 
  3. Click on Your Tuition and Fees
  4. Click the login button

You are now logged into TouchNet, the college’s online payment suite.
