News: For summer: Students can charge books against excess aid at bookstores May 30-June 9

If you have excess aid for summer, you can charge books against excess aid at either Roane State bookstore (Harriman or Oak Ridge) May 30-June 9.

Students may also charge books against excess aid through the Roane State bookstore’s online sites.

Please note: The Oak Ridge bookstore ONLY stocks books for classes offered at the Oak Ridge campus.


You can check to see if you have excess aid in RaiderNet by reviewing your Student Account/eBill.

  1. Log in to RaiderNet
  2. Click on Your Account
  3. Click the login button

You are now logged into TouchNet, the college’s online payment suite.
