Do you enjoy camping and hiking? Do you enjoy learning about geology, archaeology, and history? Have you ever wanted to see places like Mesa Verde, the Grand Canyon, and Zion National Park?
If you answered yes to these questions, you should consider interviewing for the Southwest Field Trip 2018.
The Southwest Field Trip is a 6 credit hour course that will have five meetings in the spring semester and run from May 14 until June 1, 2018. Students will camp and hike through some of the most beautiful places in the world in the four corners area of the United States, all the while seeing and studying the unique geology of the region and the archaeology and history of the peoples who called that place home.
Space is limited to 17 students and candidates must interview with either Dr. Darlene Anthony or Steven Carriger before registering for the trip.
