On average a doctor in a traditional office setting must charge $125-$150 to earn $20-$30. The difference between what’s charged and what the doctors earn per visit goes toward paying the overhead costs associated with running a doctor’s office such as rent, utilities, and administrative staff. WellVia uses technology and best business practices to eliminate these costs and pass the savings on to our customers.

With your enrollment at Roane State Community College you are eligible to register with WellVia, a national network of Board Certified, State Licensed doctors offering medical consultations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. WellVia doctors diagnose acute non emergency medical conditions and prescribe medications when clinically appropriate. WellVia is available to you, your spouse, and/or children. Speak to a doctor from anywhere – campus, home, middle of the night, or weekends.
You also have access to WellVia’s Virtual Behavioral Health services. Now you can virtually connect with a Psychiatrist or Licensed Counselor through secure and private phone and video sessions, whenever and wherever you need it. Simply make an appointment from the comfort of your own home or residence hall to begin.
