This course will prepare students to gain skills and knowledge to pass the Department of Energy (DOE) Core Academy and start a career as an entry level health physicist in a DOE facility.
This course is designed for people planning to visit or work in China. It builds a solid foundation of skills by focusin on basic language as used in everday situations. The class will go beyond "survival Chines", teaching you how to get around independently in China and navigate familiar situations such as making phone calls, shopping, getting online, staying at a hotel or eating at a restuaurant, and traveling.
Are you communicating your unique contribution as you interview? You may perform proficiently thinking everyone functions the same when you are especially talented in an arena. Identify and learn to employ your individual skills, talents and strengths confidently as you pursue your dream job. Confidence in presenting yourself well will impress your interviewer.

The course, titled “Back into Black,” will cover topics such as debt reduction and ways to save money on everyday purchases. Participants will develop their own debt-reduction plan as part of the class and are invited to bring a list of their debts.
George Lucke, an author, seminar presenter and executive director of Back into Black, will teach the course. Back into Black is a financial education service dedicated to helping people break free from the burden of debt.
