As every sussessful manager knows, there are no rewards granted for effort; they are granted only for results. Effective results will only be realized when competent supervisors are in place. management competence does not come from happenstance, but through a deliberately planned and executed program of continous training, evaluation, and development. This series of stand-alone workshops are essential for management competency development providing no-nonsense principles for effectively managing an operation.

Two class schedules are available to better fit your schedule

  • Morning class will begin at 8:45 AM and will conclude at 12:30 PM
  • Evening class will begin at 5:00 PM and conclude at 8:30 PM
