New Student Orientation

Welcome to Roane State! The New Student Orientation is an important part in helping you achieve a successful start to your college career and present you with a variety of important topics in an easy and understandable manner. These important topics include financial aid, information on the career and transfer programs we offer, what to expect in the classroom, and more. Roane State’s New Student Orientation’s ultimate goal is for you to leave feeling well prepared and important to our college family.

If you are age 25 or over, you are invited to register for our Adult Student Orientation.

2017 New Student Orientation Schedule

Note: sign-in will begin approximately 30 minutes before the orientation’s start time. Space is very limited and we politely ask that no guests attend the orientation with you.

July 7th: Cumberland County Campus 8:45 am – 12:45 pm (Central Time)

July 11th: Roane County Campus 8:45 am – 12:45 pm

July 13th: Oak Ridge Campus 8:45 am – 12:45 pm

July 18th: Roane County Campus 8:45 am – 12:45 pm

July 20th: Oak Ridge Campus 8:45 am – 12:45 pm

July 25th: Oak Ridge Campus 8:45 am – 12:45 pm

July 31st: Cumberland County Campus 8:45 am – 12:45 pm (Central Time)

August 3rd: Roane County Campus 8:45 am – 12:45 pm
