The program is funded through the U.S. Department of Education through a Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) grant. The grant is a partnership between Roane State Community College, Tennessee Technology Center and Tennessee Career Centers (LWIA 4) in collaboration with WIN.
