When you look for a job, you need a competitive edge.
Manufacturing employers want people with good math skills, chemistry skills, knowledge of lean manufacturing, experience in machining and the ability to work in a team.
After 14 weeks of AMTEC training, you’ll have those skills, giving you a competitive edge over other candidates at your next job interview.
You’ll have an edge because you will receive valuable industry-focused training. AMTEC courses teach you to become a skilled manufacturing technician, and you’ll have the option to receive specialized training in composites or solar energy technologies.
The training is low-risk, because if you are unemployed or underemployed, you can take classes at no cost to you. Roane State received a grant to provide this training as part of the college’s mission to help workers get back on their feet.
AMTEC training is valued at about $5,000. Take advantage of this opportunity and get your competitive edge today.
