If you are having trouble receiving RaiderAlert text messages, then try one of these solutions:
• Check your RaiderAlert Account
Please log in to your RaiderAlert account to double check that your phone number and carrier are up to date.
• Check Phone Settings
It’s possible that you may have your phone set to block text messages from Web or email. You need to change this setting on your cell phone account. Please check with your provider on how to make that change.
• If you have a prepaid service, check the carrier for your number
If you have a prepaid cell phone, you may need to change the carrier you have listed in RaiderAlert. Prepaid services use various carriers for telephone numbers.
