SUMMER 2015 STUDENTS: want to test out of READ 0891 or 0892?

Early diagnostic testing for READ 0891 and 0892 will be available on a limited basis on the Roane Co. (Harriman) campus and on the ORBC (Oak Ridge) campus at the respective Testing Centers.  The test is NOT available at either the Learning Centers or Learning Support Labs.  Final placement for READ 0891/0892 will be determined using the reading portion of the COMPASS exam.

There is no charge for the testing, but you MUST sign up using your R# in advance using the following link:

  • NOTICE:  The diagnostic is only available to students registered in READ 0891 or 0892 for the spring semester of 2015 and who have not previously enrolled in the course.​
  • Students enrolled in RODP READ 0810 must follow tesitng procedures outlines in that course.
  • There will be NO testing on the first day of classes.
