Saundra Stiles has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland University Colleges and a M.S. in ECED from Concordia University. While her husband was in the military, she worked for the US Navy in Keflavik, Iceland as the Child Development Center Director and as the Child Development Homes Director. When they moved back to Tennessee, she began doing work for the TECTA program as the TECTA Specialist. From September 2009 until July 2011 Saundra was the RSCC TECTA Coordinator.
