Directions from Campbell County/Scott County

  1. Take I-75 South
  2. Take Clinton exit #122
  3. Turn right onto TN-61S
  4. TN-61S will bring you into Oak Ridge onto the Oak Ridge turnpike
  5. On the Oak Ridge turnpike, the red lights are numbered. You need to turn left at red light #2 onto Laboratory Road.
  6. Take the second left onto Briarcliff Ave.
  7. The college is immediately on the right.

Directions from Knoxville

  1. Head west on I-40 W/I-75 S toward Exit 376.
  2. Take exit 376 to merge onto TN-162 N/Pellissippi Parkway toward Maryville/Oak Ridge.
  3. Continue towards Oak Ridge onto TN-62 W/Oak Ridge Highway/Pellissippi Parkway.
  4. Continue to follow TN-62 W until it takes you into Oak Ridge. TN-62 W will become South Illinois Avenue.
  5. Landmark: Y-12 Credit Union will be on your right at the bottom of a hill as you come to the intersection of TN-62W/South Illinois Avenue and Lafayette Avenue.
  6. Take the ramp to turn right on Lafayette Avenue.
  7. Continue through one traffic light (Hendrix Drive) until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Emory Valley Road.
  8. At the second traffic light, turn right on Emory Valley Road.
  9. Continue through one traffic light (Bus Terminal Road) until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Briarcliff Avenue. 
  10. Turn left on Briarcliff Avenue. The campus will be almost immediately on your left after the top of the slight hill.
  11. Roane State Oak Ridge Campus’ main entrance will be the third turn on your left near the Roane State sign (you will have passed the Family Doctors of Oak Ridge and the Faculty/Delivery Entrance).
  12. Turn onto the campus frontage roads. Visitor’s Parking Lot A will be near the flagpole at the Coffey-McNally Building. You may reach Student Parking Lot C by continuing to the right of Lot A towards the western side of the Coffey-McNally Building.
  13. If you reach the T-intersection with Briarcliff Avenue and Laboratory Road, you have missed the campus on your left and driven too far.

Directions from Nashville, Cumberland Co. & Roane Co.

  1. Take I-40 East
  2. Take the TN-58N/Gallaher Rd. exit, exit #356
  3. Keep LEFT a the fork on the ramp
  4. Turn left onto TN-326 N
  5. TN-326 N becomes TN-95 N
  6. TN-95 N becomes the Oak Ridge turnpike
  7. This will lead you into Oak Ridge
  8. On the Oak Ridge turnpike, go to red light #2, turn right onto Laboratory Road.
  9. Take the second left onto Briarcliff Ave.
  10. The college is immediately on the right.

Directions from Loudon

  1. Start out going North East on US-11/TN-2 towards US-321 N/TN-73 E/TN-95 S by turning right
  2. Turn LEFT onto US-321 S/TN-73 W/TN-95 N
  3. Take the TN-95 N ramp towards Oak Ridge
  4. Merge onto TN-95 N
  5. N-95 N becomes the Oak Ridge turnpike
  6. This will lead you into Oak Ridge
  7. On the Oak Ridge turnpike, go to red light #2, turn right onto Laboratory Road.
  8. Take the second left onto Briarcliff Ave.
  9. The college is immediately on the right.
