Any student who has a disability that would like to request reasonable accommodations must contact Disability Services to self-identify and to provide appropriate documentation of the disability from a qualified professional. Participation in the services is on a voluntary basis, and accommodations are coordinated on a case-by-case basis through Disability Services. Accommodations are not retroactive, and they do not roll from semester to semester.
