* For critical items, a "Yes" means you have passed the item, an "No" means that you have attempted it but not yet successful passed the item and a blank indicates that you have not yet attempted it..

** An "A" on the final will yeild an "A" for the lecture provided the lab was passed and the critical items (for General Chemistry) were completed.
