Raiderettes (Girls) Camps Fall 2009 Girl's Fundamental Camp October 5 - October 9
Previous Camp
Raiders (Boys) Camps Comprehensive School: June 22-26, 2009 Ages 8-13 During their developmental years, the best players continually worked on improving their skills. While we admit there’s probably a thing or two we don’t know, what we can do is teach shooting: mechanics (alignment, balance, footwork), dribbling moves (power dribbles, inside-outs, hesitations, crossovers), driving footwork (hop steps, hop skips, hop backs, pullbacks), and face-up one-on-one (cheat steps, sweeps and half-fakes) so you can execute them the same way the best players in the world do. All instruction is led by Raiders Head Coach Randy Nesbit and other RSCC coaches, players, and high school coaches. Learn and utilize all of the above-mentioned concepts through individual instruction and 1-on-1, 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 competition. Defense is covered in such a way to prepare you to play with an attitude of intensity and pride for your coach in the upcoming season. A proper stance and footwork will also be emphasized. |
