Instructions

1. Please plan to arrive on time for your test and make plans to be involved in testing for approximately three hours.
2. Directions to the campus may be found at www.roanestate.edu keyword Roane County Campus or keyword Oak Ridge Branch Campus.
3. Park in the student parking lot.
4. The Roane County test will be given in the Testing Center in D-107 of the Dunbar Building.
5. The Oak Ridge Branch Campus test will be given in the Testing Center B-112.
6. An official photo ID is required. (Driver’s license, state ID care, passport, or military ID)
7. Cell phones and other electronic devices, instructional materials, or notes are not allowed in the testing center.
8. You may bring pencils and ear plugs. A standard calculator will be provided.
9. If you do not test on the date that you have confirmed and wish to schedule an alternate date, you will be required to pay to schedule an alternate testing session.

5. Bring a copy of your active Tennessee Practical Nurse license or a signed letter from your LPN program director stating you are eligible to sit for the LPN licensure exam.
6. An official photo ID is required. (Driver’s license, state ID care, passport, or military ID)
7. Cell phones and other electronic devices, instructional materials, or notes are not allowed in the testing center.
8. You may bring pencils and ear plugs. A standard calculator will be provided.
