Welcome to the Raider Cafe' web page. The Raider Cafe' is operated by Berlin and Elma Lea Hood. Berlin and Elma Lea have served the Roane County campus and surrounding area for many years. In addition to serving the students, faculty, and staff of the Roane County campus on a daily basis, the Raider Cafe' provides catering for many local events and meetings of clubs and groups. No request is too small or too large for the Raider Cafe' staff.

Our goal is to provide excellent service and top quality and nutritious foods at affordable prices. Food is prepared hot, fresh, and fast. You are sure to find our wide variety of menu items inviting. Wheter you crave a small snack, a serving of Elma Lea's delicious desserts, or a plate lunch, we have many items to choose from.
