New feature allows students, employees to chat online with RSCC librarians

Roane State Community College Library is now offering research assistance online through its Ask Us Now chat service.

The chat service allows Roane State students and employees to ask real-time questions and get real-time answers from professional librarians.

To use the service, go to http://www.roanestate.edu/library/ask.htm and find the RSCC Libraries chat box. If the green light is on, then a librarian is ready to help. Type a question in the chat box, and a librarian will respond.

If a librarian is not available, you can leave a message or contact the library through any of the other contact options listed.
