Channel 15
Channel 15 is a non-commercial government and education television channel available on Comcast Channel 15 in Roane County. It's owned by the City of Harriman and operated by Roane State Community College.
Channel 15 provides informative, educational, and dramatic programs that are not generally available through commercial or public television stations to Comcast cable subscribers. Channel 15 also provides a bulletin-based message board with information about local community events, local weather, national news, and Roane State Community College services, classes, and events.
