Roane State has contracted with e2Campus to provide a state-of-the-art notification system that is capable of sending notifications instantly and simultaneously to all registered mobile phones, BlackBerry devices, wireless PDAs, pagers, smart or satellite phones, and email. Notifications will also "pop up" to anyone using Google, Yahoo, or AOL as their home page.

The RaiderAlert service is free, but you are responsible for text message charges from your cell phone provider if not covered on your current plan.

REGISTRATION ONLY TAKES A MINUTE. This will be the surest way for you to receive notifications critical to your safety and well-being and to get campus information you may want to OPT-IN to receive. Simply click on the “Create an account” link, which will take you directly to the sign-up form. Have your cell phone with you and on. The opt-in list of groups may increase over time, and will always be updated in your personal e2Campus account. When you sign up you will automatically be assigned to the master group and will receive messages meant for all Roane State faculty, staff and students. If you spend most of your time at one campus and wish to receive messages associated to that campus, check the box next to the “Optional Groups.”

Once you complete the validation part of registering your mobile phone, the next page will say “You have successfully signed up.” You will see a “log in” button for your new account. To complete your registration, you must open your account and enter your e-mail address, then click the ADD EMAIL button. You will instantly be sent a verification email. You must open and click on the validation link, then you’re all done! Click on the link below to see where your personal account access is located. You may register two e-mail addresses and two devices; it’s very easy to do.
