PHED 1380 002 Class Dates & Times
An individual total fitness program which encompasses these health related components for physical activity: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition. There will be an additional emphasis on the development of a healthy, well-balanced nutrition plan. F, Sp, Su. This course may count as an elective credit at a university or in programs that have general electives.
