HELP YOURSELF TO BE WHAT YOU WANT TO BE.
    Be where you need to be. (Example: Be in class)
        Always be there and on time physically and mentally.
            If you do not take notes you are not there mentally.
    Do what you need to do.
    Prepare before you go. Find out what you are expected to learn and/or do before you go.
    Participate when you are there. Ask and Answer Questions and Take Notes.
    Review what you learned and did before the NEXT time you must be in class.
    Correct your mistakes and build on what you learned and did.
    Get to know everyone else participating with you. (Example: Your classmates and teacher)

ASK FOR HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT.
    Do what you know how to do and then ASK for HELP.
    Ask the person helping you to SHOW YOU HOW TO DO IT and not to do it for you.

GIVE HELP TO OTHERS WHEN THEY NEED IT.
 

Learn The Three Fundamental Skills:
    COMMUNICATION The most important skill.
    TEAMWORK The next most important. Teamwork is not possible without communication.
    PROBLEM SOLVING Always done with and/or for someone using teamwork and communications.

Communication is used to make sure that WHAT I THINK I SAID is the same as WHAT YOU THINK I SAID and that WHAT I THINK YOU SAID is the same as WHAT YOU THINK YOU SAID.

Communication is the process of Asking And Answering Questions in order to Describe And Explain what you are thinking with the Necessary And Sufficient information that is both Qualitative And Quantitative.

Communication must be interactive. It is not possible to communicate without everyone participating by ASKING AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS until WHAT I THINK I SAID is the same as WHAT YOU THINK I SAID and that WHAT I THINK YOU SAID is the same as WHAT YOU THINK YOU SAID.

YOU MUST BE ASKING AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS BASED ON WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHO, WHY, HOW.

ASKING QUESTIONS IS DONE TO OBTAIN KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU KNOW YOU NEED.

ANSWERING QUESTIONS IS DONE TO TEST YOUR IDEAS FOR CORRECTNESS AND SUFFICIENCY.

LEARN HOW TO DESCRIBE AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING BOTH QUALITATIVELY AND QUANTITATIVELY USING WORDS, MATHEMATICS, AND PICTURES.

LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING ABLE TO READ MATHEMATICS IN ENGLISH AND BEING ABLE TO CONVERT ENGLISH TO MATHEMATICS.

LEARN HOW TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN DEFINITIONS, GENERAL LAWS, AND SPECIAL CASES.
 

LEARN EFFECTIVE STUDY METHODS

    First: Learn the Definitions in Words, Mathematics, and/or Pictures
    Second: Learn the Relationships among the Definitions in Words, Mathematics, and/or Pictures
    Third: PRACTICE the Definitions and their Relationships by using them to ASK and ANSWER QUESTIONS and using them to SOLVE PROBLEMS.
