Future Students:
How to apply for fall or summer

If you are interested in attending Roane State in the summer or fall semester and have not applied, please complete an application to the college and you will be assigned a Success Coach. Your Success Coach will then contact you by email with more information.

Current Students: if you have a success coach

You may email, text, or speak with them via their college issued cellphone.

To submit required admissions and financial aid documents, scan and email them to your Success Coach. Transcripts should be mailed to the transcript address below or emailed from your prior school(s) directly to your Success Coach. Transcripts that are emailed from the student will be considered unofficial.

Current Students: if you have a faculty advisor

For current students who do not have a Success Coach, please email your questions regarding:

Important reminders for all students

Read your email every day. Make sure your official RaiderNet email inbox is not full so you are able to receive important communication. If you've never emptied your email's "Deleted Items" folder, please do so. Those emails count against the email quota.

Check RaiderNet weekly and review any account alerts you may have.

Sign up for RaiderAlert if you have not already done so. RaiderAlert is Roane State’s emergency notification system. It sends important notifications to registered mobile phones.

Campus status updates are also posted to Roane State's Twitter & Facebook accounts.

Testing Centers

All Testing Centers are closed. Check with your professor about specific course testing instructions.

Learning Center

Even though Learning Center tutors will not be on campus this summer, they are still available to help you achieve your academic goals. You can get feedback on essays and assistance with specific math formulas and equations through The Learning Center Online inside Momentum, you can meet virtually with a tutor in real time by scheduling an appointment through MyWCOnline, and you have 24-hour access to Smarthinking which offers tutoring in a wide variety of subject areas.
