The Compliance & Risk Officer (CRO) for Roane State serves as the campus Title VI, VII, and IX Coordinator, Programs for Minors on Campus Coordinator, EEO Officer, and an acting Campus Security Authority (CSA). You may report a security concern, incident, or crime to the CRO, as an alternative to the RSCC Police.

The CRO will coordinate, conduct, or assist with investigations, reviews, record keeping, training, reporting, budget management, grant management, data management, etc., pertaining to Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, ADA, Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as well as other policy and regulation violations.
All complaints can be documented on the Unlawful Harassment/Discrimination/Retaliation Complaint Form.
*If a student feels they have not received fair treatment, or has a complaint regarding some situation or condition (financial aid, tuition, parking tickets, advisement, records, admissions, facilities, classroom concerns, student conduct, etc.) at the College, please contact the Dean of Students office or follow this link for more information.
