The Office of Ethics, Compliance, and Risk is responsible to ensure that the college maintains compliance and continues operations in the occurrence of an adverse event.

The Office of Ethics, Compliance, and Risk is responsible for the following:

The Compliance & Risk Officer (CRO) for Roane State serves as the campus Title VI, VII, and IX Coordinator, Programs for Minors on Campus Coordinator, EEO Officer, and an acting Campus Security Authority (CSA). You may report a security concern, incident, or crime to the CRO, as an alternative to the RSCC Police.
