The purpose of this policy is to foster a culture that is committed to preventing, recognizing, reporting, and addressing child abuse and child sexual abuse.
Required Training for Minors on Campus Covered Adults is included in our annual employee training given each fall.
- If you are the program director/coordinator, additional training is required from the Compliance Officer/Campus Coordinator
- If you will be using students or volunteers for your program, please document on your notification as training is completed separately.
- Please contact the Compliance Officer as soon as you know the program/event will be happening even if you have already had training. A repository of covered events is maintained in the compliance office.
