About the Fitness Center

Hello,

My name is Shaun Simpson. I have been the Fitness Center Director here at Roane State since 2005.

Since its inception in 1999, The Roane State Fitness Center has continued to be a leader in the health and wellness industry. We have continued to provide a user-friendly environment that will provide you with the means to attain and maintain overall health & well-being. Most importantly, we will help you reach your personal goals while increasing your quality of life.

Shaun Simpson

Please feel free to reach out to me today and make an appointment. I will be glad to provide you with an orientation into our wonderful program. You can choose whether to participate in a free health assessment. Additionally, you and I can work together to design an individualized exercise program that will be tailored specifically to meet all of your needs and goals.

I look forward to hearing from you. And as always, Keep it Pumping!!!!!!!!!!!!!
