Are you submitting a Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) claim and need proof of enrollment at Roane State and residency within a qualifying geographic area? Our Admissions and Records Office can assist.
Please complete the steps below to request an enrollment verification letter and/or a transcript as supporting documentation for your claim.
Once your Enrollment Verification Form is complete, you may email it to RECA@roanestate.edu.
Transcripts may be ordered and delivered electronically, mailed, or obtained in person at the Roane County or Oak Ridge campuses. Please be sure to choose the option that meets the requirements of your claim.
Please keep in mind that records of this nature take time to compile and must be notarized with a wet signature. Same-day service is not possible.
After receiving your request(s), staff in the Admissions and Records Office will advise when to expect your documentation by standard mail or via in-person pickup on a Roane State campus.
