TBR Policy 5:01:02:00, pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and regulations adopted pursuant thereon prohibits sexual harassment of employees, applicants for employment, or students. This policy requires Roane State to affirmatively address all allegations of sexual harassment. Similarly, harassment on the basis of ethnicity, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or status as a covered veteran, or other protected status will not be condoned, and all allegations shall be affirmatively addressed. Any complaints of harassment should be made to the Affirmative Action Officer, Joyce Marsalis. In the case of student harassment by other students, the Student Affairs Officer, the Dean of Students, will address the complaint.
