TN eCampus students MUST make an appointment for testing. Please see instructions below.

TN eCampus Proctored Testing is for students who are enrolled in TN eCampus class(es) whose instructors require that they take their exams in a secure testing environment under the administration of an approved proctor. RSCC offers TN eCampus proctor testing services to any student enrolled in TN eCampus classes. If you log on to your class(es) at tnecampus.org you are welcome to test at RSCC (even if you are not a RSCC student).

TN eCampus is a cooperative online enterprise among numerous universities, community colleges and technology centers in Tennessee. The institutions in the collaboration are governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR). TN eCampus classes are offered online through a student's "home school." Some TN eCampus instructors prefer that their students take their online exams in a secure testing environment. In this scenario, students are required to secure the services of an approved proctor.

Fee

There is no fee for TN eCampus proctored testing services at RSCC.

Day of Your Test

• Bring photo identification must be presented to the Testing Center proctor before you will be permitted to take an exam. This rule is strictly enforced.
• Know your course name and number (i.e. "MATH 1530") as well as your instructor's name. Please have this information available when you arrive at the testing center and let the proctor know that you are there to take an eCampus test.
• No cell phones or other electronic devices are allowed in the Testing Center.
• The Testing Centers close promptly at the times listed. Please allow yourself enough time to complete your test by closing time, this is especially true for students who request an appointment late in the day.

Make An Appointment

To schedule an appointment, please email the required information requested below to the Testing Center Staff listed for the campus you wish to test. Our Campus Testing Centers have different testing schedules, please see the following link for the days and times of operation at each location: TESTING CENTER HOURS.

In your email, please provide:

• Your name
• Your telephone number
• Course name and number (example: "MATH 1530", "DSPM 0800")
• Is this an accelerated class? ("Yes" or "No") 
• At which campus you would like to test; and, the date and time you would like to make an appointment.

When the Testing Center has received this information we will contact you via e-mail to confirm your testing appointment.
