Subject: Use of Email Disclaimers
  1. Purpose
This policy covers email sent by employees (faculty and staff) of Roane State Community College.
  2. What is a disclaimer?
Email disclaimers are statements that are either prepended or appended to email. They are usually statements of a legal nature.
  3. Why would you need a disclaimer?

If this has been sent to you in error, please delete the email and notify us by replying to this email immediately.
  5. Responsible Party
The CIO of Information Technology shall be responsible for development and maintenance of this policy for issuance by the VP of Business and Finance.
