Class-Related Matters

I'm going to be late or miss my class.
I don't know my copier code.
I would like to have access to an Oak Ridge cubicle.
I would like to have a locker assignment (Coffey/McNally Building only).
My students need access to my classroom/lab outside of regular class hours.
I need office supplies.
I need some clerical help.

If You Are Going to Be Late or Miss Your Class

Contact your division at the Roane County campus if you are unable to meet your class for all or part of your class time. This will help them quickly get the information to your students and to us. When the division notifies us, we will post a sign informing the students.

Please provide the following for each affected class:

Here are templates: if you are not meeting your class, if you are not meeting your office hours.

If you need someone to give a test in your absence, please make arrangements with another faculty member or with the Testing Center if you wish to have a test proctored.

Copier Codes

If you don't have a copy code, contact your Division. Copy codes are the same for every campus.

Oak Ridge Cubicles

Please contact your Division regarding cubicle assignments. Cubicles are located in Coffey-McNally B-133 and Goff 208.

Oak Ridge Lockers

Employee lockers are available in the Coffey-McNally Building and are re-assigned each year on a first-come, first-served basis. You may request a locker assignment by contacting Mariella Akers. One set of lockers are located near B-133, with another set upstairs in the "H" Faculty Wing.

Student Access to Labs During Non-class Hours

If your students will need access to labs outside classes during a given semester, please email a list with their names each semester to Chief Wright and cc the Oak Ridge Front Line Staff. Students not on the list will not have access.

Office Supplies and Equipment

Personal office supplies may be obtained from your Division and sent to your attention at the Oak Ridge Branch Campus.

There is a "Take What You Need" cabinet in the Mailroom (A-110). You may donate, pick up or swap small office items here. Selection will vary as this is entirely donated.

You may obtain a whiteboard marker from the faculty secretaries in B-109, B-110, or from the receptionist at the Oak Ridge Front Desk/Switchboard. Black is the only color we stock. If you cannot locate a staff member, you may contact Security at 2020 and they will get a marker for you.

Clerical Assistance

Contact the Oak Ridge Frontline Staff if you have questions.

Work order forms are available. We cannot guarantee that work turned in with less than two working days' notice will be completed by your due date. Drop off work at B-110.

Please attach labels, envelopes, transparencies, colored paper/cardstock, or other necessary materials to your work order request to avoid any delays.
