What We Do

Welcome! Disability Services is responsible for coordinating reasonable accommodations for students. To receive accommodations, students should review the information on this page and complete the steps below.

Steps To Request Accommodations

  1. Complete the Disability Services Request Form. We need documentation of your disability to put accommodations in place. You can upload your documentation to this request form. Appropriate documentation is described in the handbook.
  2. Students should read the Disability Services Handbook
  3. After we receive your Request Form, we will reach out to schedule an accommodation appointment.

Please note that assistive technology is available to qualified students on a case-by-case basis as deemed appropriate by Disability Services. Some assistive technology is available on a first-come, first serve basis. Students with questions about assistive technology should contact Disability Services.

Students needing one-on-one training on the use of assistive technology should contact CTAT to schedule an appointment.
