By using this system you agree to the following rules:
- Final Exams: you are responsible for ensuring that your event does not conflict with any credit class meeting during the final exam period (generally mid-December and late April/early May). Final exams are not programmed into this system so you will need to check with the appropriate academic office to ensure your event will not conflict.
- Academic Festival: you are responsible for ensuring you do not schedule facilties used by the annual Academic Festival.
- If your event is cancelled please delete it to allow others to use the available space.
