Course Description
This course reviews basic laws governing the maintenance of a democratic society and how criminal and constitutional laws meet the challenge of American society. (Prerequisite: Completion of Reading and Writing Learning Support requirements. ENGL 1010 must be taken as a prerequisite, before enrolling in this course, or the student must achieve an ACT sub-score of 27 or better in English.)
Course designed for transfer and part of the TN Transfer Pathways.
