Course Description
Fundamentals of Paramedic II is the second of two lecture courses to include the following topics: respiratory & cardiology (on-going from EMSP 1801), pulmonology, neurology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, urology and nephrology, hematology, gynecology, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, geriatric emergencies, psychological emergencies and trauma/shock. (8 hours) Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Paramedic Program and EMSP 1801, 1401 and 1311. Co-requisite: EMSP 2402 and 2412.
