Disposition Forms

All students who are seeking an Associate of Science in Teaching (AST) degree must complete three (3) disposition forms. These forms must be completed by one each of the following people:

Students can locate the forms by clicking here: RSCC EDU Disposition Form

Please note, dispositon forms will not automatically show in Degreeworks. They have to be manually entered by the EDU faculty once they have been reviewed. This process will take place in May the week after graduation. If you are planning a Fall graduation, please let the EDU faculty know so that those can be reviewed so your degree can be posted in December.

If you have any questions about these forms, please contact Stacie Bradshaw, bradshawsn@roanestate.edu.
