Subject: Campus Communication of TBR Actions, Policies and Guidelines
- Communicating Policy and Guideline Revisions
- Following meetings of the President's Council and the Board of Regents, the staff of the TBR System Office shall post notice on the TBR website for institution presidents, of all approved new, deleted, and revised policies and guidelines.
- Quarterly, the RSCC President’s Office will provide a campus-wide email notification to direct faculty and staff to TBR’s online publication of policy and guideline updates indicating the name(s) of new or revised policies and/or guidelines and the date approved.
- All TBR policies and guidelines as well as a revision date index and updates are available on the TBR website. The TBR policies and guidelines may be accessed directly at the TBR website or through the Roane State policy website. Offices that wish to make hard copies of the TBR policies/guidelines should use the TBR online policy manual as their reference resource for making copies.
- Minutes of each meeting of the TN Board of Regents are prepared at the direction of the board secretary and, once approved by the board at the following meeting, may be accessed on the TBR website.
