The following Roane State Community College students earned awards for their work in the college’s Student Art Show, held at the end of the spring semester.
Students and their honors were:
Spencer Britt of Kingston, first place and an honorable mention; Miranda Conger of Oak Ridge, second place and an honorable mention; Marsha Scarbrough of Harriman, third place; Cameron Van Horn of Harriman, Art Spirit Award for experimentation in media; John Sanders of Kingston, Outstanding Achievement in Art; Angelica Urquizo of Decatur, Anne Powers Promise Award; and Kyle Tollett of Crossville, James Nathan Greene Memorial Scholarship recipient.
