If you have not previously set up an account, please click on “Sign Up” so you can take advantage of everything the portal has to offer. Also, once you are in the portal, you will be able to “connect” to your student and request access to certain records not normally available.

Supporting Your Student A Video Series for Parents and Families

This is a new video series designed to help parents and family members learn about the resources and services available to their students while enrolled at Roane State.

Supporting Your Student: A Video Series for Parents and Families

Parent/Family Orientations 2022

At the Parent/Family Orientation, you will learn about student services, paying fees, tutoring, safety and security, among other topics. We want to equip our parents and family members with information that will help you provide even more support for your student as they embark on this new journey. You will also receive the Parent/Family Handbook and other materials regarding the Parent/Family portal. Parents and family members will be given the opportunity to sign up for the portal while in attendance. As a “thank you,” we will offer some promo items as well as provide snacks throughout the event.

For campuses who do not have a New Student Orientation, we will be offering Parent/Family Workshops. These will be an abbreviated version of the orientation sessions but will provide much of the same information. You will receive the Parent/Family Handbook and portal information as well as the opportunity to sign up for the portal on site. Promo items and snacks will also be provided.
