Beginning with Academic Year 2013-2014, the Tennessee Longitudinal Data System (TLDS) is used by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) as the source of data for overall community college job placement rates. TLDS combines data from the Department of Education, Department of Labor and THEC and only incudes individuals employed in Tennessee. (Due to differences in data collection methods, THEC overall job placement rates will not be the same as institutionally collected job placement rates by program.)
