Honor your veteran with a U.S. flag displayed on one of seven Roane State Community College campuses.
New flag orders will be displayed for approximately three years*. Flags are scheduled to be displayed at the following times:
Each package is $80 and may represent only one veteran.
Roane State has dozens of student veterans enrolled each year. Discounted sponsorships of $50 are available to sponsor a flag in honor of a student veteran. To purchase one of these sponsorships, please contact the Roane State Business Office at 865-882-4515 or email BusinessOffice@roanestate.edu. Payment can be accepted over the phone or in person.
*Note: The order window for Fall 2025 displays closes October 17, 2025.
Package includes one 3’x5’ Nylon United States flag and one dog tag to identify the veteran and sponsor. Roane State will be responsible for the setup and takedown of all flags along a designated stretch of road on each Roane State campus.

Flags will be stored at Roane State when not on display. At the end of three years, the flag can either be claimed by the family or retired with honors.
