How To Report

If the situation is an emergency or someone poses an imminent threat to you or others, call 911 immediately. As soon as is appropriate, please complete the BIT Team report summarizing the situation.

There are three ways report an incident or concern:

Please include as much factual information as possible to help the BIT Team determine the appropriate level of outreach needed for the situation. Remember, your report may be the first we receive about a student, so more details are always better. Consider using direct quotes where possible and email any supporting documentation (papers submitted, voice mails, texts, etc.) to the Dean of Students Office or BeSafe@roanestate.edu
