Traffic and Parking Regulations

Regulations are listed in RSCC Policy GA-19-01 Traffic and Parking Regulations.

NOTE: Parking in a handicapped parking space without a state placard may result in a $200 fine.

Please report any traffic/parking concerns to the Roane State Police and Public Safety Department on your campus.

Appeals

A traffic appeals form is provided below for those wishing to appeal a traffic citation.

NOTE: Appeals will not be accepted for parking in a handicapped parking space without a state placard. The $200 fine will not be overturned.
