All full-time and part-time faculty must establish and publish office hours in a manner visible to students. This includes faculty who are teaching at Roane County, Oak Ridge, and off campus sites or through distance learning formats. Information regarding the location of the office, contact methods (telephone, e-mail, mailbox location) and the days and times available must be included on the course syllabus.
