Subject: Alteration of Facilities

The Vice President of Business and Finance and the president of the college must approve any additions or renovations that alter existing facilities. This includes work done by Roane State employees or external contractors.

Requests for alterations may be submitted by submitting a work order request using the eMaint - New Requests link in the eMaint Work Order System box at the lower left corner of the Banner tab in RaiderNet. A link for a video step-by-step tutorial can be found in the same location. Floor plans or other details, as needed, must accompany the request.

Requests will be routed to the Vice President of Business and Finance and the president for evaluation and consideration for approval.

Certain alterations may require approval by TBR and/or other state agencies.
