Federal Work-Study (FWS) is a federal work program for students with financial need. Students can work up to 20 hours per week on campus or in a community service opportunity earning at least minimum wage. Work-study jobs provide students with valuable experience and funds to help with the cost of college.

Log in to your RaiderNet account and click on "Your Financial Aid". Then select the link for the “Federal Work-Study Interest Form”. This application is not open all the time. Please check with your local campus if you do not see the link for the Federal Work-Study Interest Form.
What happens next? All interest forms will be reviewed for eligibility and suitability to the sites participating in this program. Please note that you may be required to go through an interview process, background check and/or drug screen. If you think you may have difficulty with any of these, you should strongly consider your decision in applying for these opportunities.
All other requirements as stated above must be met.
The Federal Work-Study Program can work with private nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and local schools to provide students with off-campus job opportunities.
