Breaks

Hosting a meeting? Let us provide coffee, tea, sodas, and snacks for your mid-morning and afternoon breaks. Just tell us when and where and we will set it up for you. Email us at Jen.steward@hotmail.com.

If you are looking for a more formal presentation, or simply don’t desire to pick up the order yourself, use our delivery service and set up option. If we deliver, our set up will include insulated beverage servers, appropriate table linens and all the items necessary to insure that your break or reception is “no-mess, no-fuss” for you. You can come by our cafeteria and fill out the order form, or soon to come, you can access the form through our campus website. Place your request as far in advance as possible.

Guest Counts & Guarantees

We respectfully request your guest count three business days prior to the event so that we can make arrangements to serve you properly.

Your guaranteed guest number will be used for billing purposes. It is our policy to bill for the actual attendance of the event or the guaranteed number, whichever is greater.

Event Decor

Fresh floral arrangements are provided for most events at an additional cost. When appropriate, linen is included with served meals and buffets. With adequate notice, specialty linens are available for an extra charge.
