This page displays fees for the 2012-2013 year, which includes the regular terms: Fall 2012, Spring 2013, and Summer 2013.
January 16 is the last day to make payment for spring semester to avoid receiving a late fee of $20.00 for anyone registered. January 18 is the last day to make payment for spring semester to avoid being dropped from classes.
Books can be charged for spring classes between January 12th and January 23rd at the Harriman and Oak Ridge Bookstores. Books can be charged against excess Financial Aid. Books can also be charged online through the Roane State Barnes and Noble site.
RODP books can also be charged against your excess Financial Aid. Complete the RODP Book Voucher below and email it to burket@roanestate.edu. Book information can be found at www.rodp.org. The voucher must be filled out completely meaning all book information, a shipping method, new or used selected, and address information on where to ship the books.
Billing information is accessible on RaiderNet for all enrolled students. No billing statements will be mailed. Students can view EBills by logging into RaiderNet and looking under the Student tab and Account Summary and Pay. Students should check this Website if they change their class schedule to ensure that no additional fees are due as a result of the change. If you need assistance with navigating the Website for fee payment purposes, contact the Roane State site that is most convenient to you or call (866) GO2-RSCC, ext. 4515.
Payment will be accepted by cash, personal check, money order, or by VISA, American Express, Discover or MasterCard credit or debit card at any campus or center or can be mailed to the Roane County Campus. Telephone authorizations by VISA, American Express or MasterCard are accepted at the Roane County Campus (865) 882-4515 or you may pay by accessing RaiderNet.

Refund dates for regular session classes are listed in the Academic Calendar. Refund dates for students receiving Title IV Financial Aid and for special session courses may differ. Contact the Business Office at 882-4515 for additional information, or view the refund guidelines.
There are several options for receiving financial aid or tuition refunds. If you do not choose an option, then the default will be a paper check.
