Facility Rentals at RSCC Campuses

Need a Location for Your Event?

Roane State has several rental options available to external groups for an event such as a concert, festival, special ceremony, or single-day educational conclave. Policies governing facility use are set forth in RSCC Policy GA-06-02 and in TBR Policy 1-03-02-50.

Who to contact for available dates and rental information

Step 1. Application for Use of Facility Agreements

A facility usage application is required to begin the booking process.

Completed applications should be faxed to the Expo Center Office Supervisor 865-882-4521. Completed applications for rental of the Princess Theatre and/or the O'Brien Theatre should be the Theatre Manager at 865-437-9194.

Step 2. Contract for Use of Facility

After your facilities usage application is approved, one of the TBR-approved facilities use agreements will be processed for each event.

The following rates are effective from June 1, 2012, and may be amended from time to time:
