Thank you for your interest in Roane State's diverse facilities. For short-term use of facilities for a specific event, such as a concert, festival, special ceremony, or single-day educational conclaves, the requirements continue to be those set forth in RSCC Policy GA-06-02 and in TBR Policy 1-03-02-50. A facilities usage application is required to begin the booking process. Completed applications should be faxed to Diane Cox at 865-882-4521.
Use of Facility Agreements
After your facilities usage application is approved, one of the TBR-approved facilities use agreements will be processed for each event.
