Thank you for your interest in Roane State's diverse facilities.  For short-term use of facilities for a specific event, such as a concert, festival, special ceremony, or single-day educational conclaves, the requirements continue to be those set forth in RSCC Policy GA-06-02 and in TBR Policy 1-03-02-50.

For available dates and rental information at either the Princess Theatre in Harriman or the O'Brien Theatre on the Roane County Campus, please contact Megan Anderson at 865-354-3000, ext. 4856.

Step 1. Application for Use of Facility Agreements

A facility usage application is required to begin the booking process.  Completed applications should be faxed to Diane Cox at 865-882-4521. Completed applications for rental of the Princess Theatre and/or the O'Brien Theatre should be faxed to Megan Anderson at 865-285-3305.

Step 2. Contract for Use of Facility

After your facilities usage application is approved, one of the TBR-approved facilities use agreements will be processed for each event.
